Real Estate Cold Calling – Work from Home
Compensation: 4.00 USD/hr plus Bonuses
Employment type: up to full-time (24-40 hours/week)

We are a real estate investment company based in the Virginia Area. We have one open entry-level cold calling sales positions to work remotely. Simply put, we’re looking for someone with a pleasant phone presence who can talk and listen to people and follow instructions. Experience is not necessary as the best candidate will be the person who can best communicate on the phone and complete standard administrative duties.

START DATE =Immediately
PRIMARY TASKS Cold calling
o Call up to several hundred homeowners per shift
o Follow scripts to generate qualified leads
o Overcome client objections Administrative Duties
o Set and manage appointments
o Track leads using online CRM software
o Daily reports

THE BEST CANDIDATE MUST:
Have EXCELLENT English speaking voice
Have access to STRONG Internet Connection
Consistently CALL HOMEOWNERS for LONG PERIODS OF TIME
Work in a QUIET ENVIRONMENT with limited background noises
Sound NATURAL and unrehearsed while following sales scripts
Maintain a PLEASANT DEMEANOR when speaking with unpleasant clients
Have an overall POSITIVE MINDSET

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Experience:
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Basic Computer Skills – Excel, Google, Word, Adobe, Email etc.

Preferred Experience:
General sales, cold calling, or call center experience
Experience in real estate sales calls – cold calls
Experience using CRMs (Podio) and dialers (Call Tools, MOJO)
Experience converting cold leads to warm leads by asking qualifying questions

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS Computer with reliable high speed internet Skype Quality headset with microphone

HOURS & SCHEDULE 24 -40 Hour Week Minimum • *
COMPENSATION Starting Basic Salary o 4.00 USD per Hour
Additional Compensation
o Team Closing Bonuses
o Individual Closing Bonuses
o Performance Bonuses

Eligible for increased basic hourly rate and higher level team position
