Google Adwords - Bing Ads - Master

Our marketing agency is currently looking for a google adwords * BingAds expert to manage day to day of the adwords account as well as designing a campaign from scratch.

Must have:
1) minimum 2 years experience in google Adwords
2) certified google adwords

Typical work included:
1) setting up campaign from scratch
2) proposed a good solutions to achieved X goals
3) Account maintainance: Ad split testing, Writing Ads, Adding negative keywords etc
4) reporting and billing
5) Making sure the account are running fine
6) scripts and automation
7) system and process of our PPC campaign

It would be awesome if you have the following experience:
1) ad copy writing
2) fan of perry marshall
3) certified google adwords
4) loves and understand google analytics
5) understand the purpose of google adwords is to generate leads, calls, sales.
6) Call Tracking
7) Love using google adwords editor and bingads editor
8) love tweaking and split testing landing pages
9) work for an agency before
10) understand the system and process is critical
11) have experience dealing with clients.
