Digital Marketing Assistant

As a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty, I help clients buy and sell homes. I am interested in finding a part-time Digital Marketing Assistant to help with the following tasks.
1. Update/ Create profiles for Yelp, Google, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
2. Update/ Create landing pages with KW Command
3. Create a bi-monthly email newsletter with MailChimp to go out to the database
4. Assist with Facebook advertising
5. Assist with database management - adding clients to KW Command and adding them to drip campaigns
Ideal skills and knowledge of the following are highly desirable:
1. Real Estate Knowledge
2. Proficient with Social Media
3. Technically Savvy
4. Familiar with databases preferably KW Command
5. Attention to detail
The initial job will be part-time flex work... Perhaps an opportunity to move into full-time work.
