NIGHT SHIFT - Shopify, Customer Support, Product Fufillment

We are looking for a virtual assistant to support our online business. A model where we represent American suppliers online and sell on Shopify through google ad traffic.

We are looking for a new night shift employee in the Phillipines to handle supplier approvals, some basic customer support, and some basic shopify operations such as uploading products.

Job Duties

The main duty will be contacting US Based suppliers of products and getting agreements signed to allow us to sell their products.
1. Uploading Products
2. Uploading Reviews
3. Customer Service (tawk.to, Gmail, Phone, Facebook Messenger)
4. Order Fufillment
5. Capturing payment
6. Process Orders
7. Confirm if items are on back order with the customer
8. Social Media

Requirements
--Must undergo 1 month trial and training period with pay
--6 Days off per month (2 working Saturdays and 2 non-working Saturdays, fix Sundays off)
--Working hours : Night Shift – US Day Time 8am—4AM (1 hour lunch, 2 x 15 mins break)


Compensation:
Salary + Bonuses based on performance. Salary is negotiable based on your qualifications.
