JOB OVERVIEW

Property Management Company in the United States looking for a LONG TERM, full-time energetic Phone Support / Virtual Assistant ---------- dividual will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer service calls, and must be good at customer ---------- dividual will primarily be relaying information about our available rentals to potential tenants, answering questions about billing, creating work orders, as well as a variety of other tasks. This is NOT a phone sales position.

Requirements:

Very High English Proficiency - Both written and spoken
Problem Solver - Must be able to find and fix tenant problems
Detail Oriented
Proficient Computer Skills - Able to learn new software quickly
Proficient Internet Search/Research Skills
Self Starter
Computer Access with good home internet connection
Workday from 8:00 to 4:00 Central Standard Time

Bonus Skills:

Appfolio Software experience
Rental Management experience
Inbound Call Experience
