T-Shirt Graphic Designer Needed for POD e.g. MBA

Hi you fantastic designer out there!

I am looking for a creative and committed designer who knows how to create a delicious t-shirt design.

What I expect from you:
• You can design yourself and not just copy elements together.
• You can work with text, graphics and illustrations.
• You are reliable and stick to agreements.
• I send you examples of shirts or ideas and you design them yourself and make better designs.
• You have your own ideas and can also do research on various channels and marketplaces.
• Your artwork must be unique and must not contain any other licensed clipart and graphics.
• You can send me the original files (e.g. Photoshop, Affinity Designer etc.)
• You do not give or sell the files, designs or copies of them to anyone else.
• No trademark rights and copyright violations! If you intentionally violate against a trademark or copyright or if you just take vectors from Shutterstock or other similar sites, we're done immediately! And copycat designs do get detected really fast and easily nowadays.
• You speak English or even German
• About 100 designs per month

What I offer you:
• Long-term business option.
• You will receive from $ 3 up to even $ 5 per design, depending on your skills!
• The monthly salary is between $ 300 and $ 500.
• I only pay by design and not monthly. I think that's fair for both of them.
