JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for one amazing Email support who can handle all of our customer support needs.

This task is an 8-hr shift per day, 10 AM to 6 PM CST time, Monday to Friday

Requirements:
- Fast and Reliable Internet
- Fast Computer And Typing
- Availability Around The Clock
- Friendly And Great With People

Monitor & Answer all customer support emails via Business Email (Outlook)
Admin tasks such as organizing contacts, sending out campaign messages, tracking responses

To qualify, please answer these questions:
1. Do you have experience with handling Email Support? If yes, how long?
2. Are you knowledgable of Amazon FBA? Please elaborate on your experience and tasks.
3. Are you willing to work 10am to 6pm CST time?


If hired, all communication will be done through Slack
