Real Estate Virtual Assistant - Cold Calling - Appointment Setting

We are a mid-west home buying operation based in the US. Our company specializes in reaching out directly to homeowners by phone to purchase their property.
Our virtual assistants cold call homeowners that are motivated to sell their home, gather information about the property, and schedule appointments for the US based team to go out and view the the property.
This role is for results oriented individuals that are able to perform in a sales environment. Virtual team members on our team will receive competitive base pay as well as incentive pay based on performance (up to $200 for any house purchased as well as $20 of appointment set after pre-qualification). Job is part-time, with full-time potential based on performance.
Responsibilities
Cold Calling / Appointment Setting (80% of role)
Contact homeowners (via phone) based on lead spreadsheet
Document information around current condition (e.g., repairs needed) and circumstance (e.g., owner sale timeline) of home
Coordinate appointment with homeowner and US based team (using Google calendar)
Update spreadsheet with information collected on the call
Input to a CRM System

Administrative Tasks (20% of role)
Accessing online lead information and entering data into spreadsheets
Collecting telephone numbers/information and populating info into spreadsheets
