Experienced customer service/ecommerce operations manager

We are looking for an experienced customer service/e-commerce operations manager.
Your job will be:
- Help with advanced customer service tasks.
- Manage customer service staff.
- Using your experience, help improve customer service and operation processes.
- help update product pages and information
- Project manager

Applicants must be experienced in customer service and project management.

Programs we use are Freshdesk, Asana and woocommerce.

We are an an ecommerce shop based in Perth Australia. Our working hours are the same as Philippine Standard Time so the job is family-friendly.
