Onto the role itself….you’ll be responsible for:
- Answering any tickets quickly (and accurately) via Gmail
- Processing refunds based on company policy
- General customer service duties
- Creating and updating processes, SOPs and training videos so our internal support knowledge base is accurate
...And generally anything else that will help satisfy our customers.
We do have a list of template responses for common questions, but we expect you to modify the response for each ticket.

Training will be provided, but bonus points for applicants who are already familiar with the following apps and dashboards
- Gmail
- Zendesk
- ActiveCampaign
- ThriveCart/WooCommerce
- Stripe/Paypal
Requirements:
- Are familiar with Customer Support platforms
- At least 2 years experience working in customer support
- Have managed customer support assistants before
- At least 2Mbps stable internet connection
- Working computer/ Laptop and mobile phone
- Minimal to no power outage in your area
- 2 valid government IDs
- Comfortable working with adult topics
