Live Chat Support Manager

We are looking for a confident and excited candidate to help us build out our live chat support team. We need a manager that can both use live chat to assist our customers with sales and simple tech support while managing other employees on their team. Our Live Chat manager will be in charge of quality control, chat satisfaction scores, chat volume and the information that is released to our customers.
