Digital Illustrator

I am looking for an illustrator to illustrate posters based on my design.
You should be able to digitally translate/copy an illustration drawn by hand and with crayons?

Experience, a good, sure stroke as well as speed and reliability are important requirements for the job.
This is a long-term cooperation. Please only ask illustrators who are able to deliver larger projects quickly and ---------- job for part time jobber!
