JOB OVERVIEW

Immidiate full-time job opening for a Proposal Writer who will be responsible for solutioning and writing content development and creation to successfully respond to customer's requirements in the form of RFI/RFP/RFQ (Request for information/Request for Proposal/Request for Quote). Responsible for reading & understanding the customer's service requirements, then writing and delivering a compelling, compliant, and successful response to those requirements. You will our project management tools and documents where you will do many plug and go.

Proofreading skills, acute attention to detail, and ability to handle demanding, deadline-driven situations. Must be very dependable and dutiful. Required Qualifications

· Performs Administrative Assistant duties, to include identifying and sorting bids into pipeline
· Reviews, writes and edits technical writing, presentations, briefings, White Papers and other deliverables as needed
· Responsible for writing proposals, ensuring compliance with all requests for proposals (RFPs) requirements
· Analyzes the RFPs and develop compliance matrices as guidelines for proposal evaluation
· Organizes the proposal according to requirements and edits information from Subject Matter Experts to be included in the proposal
· Supports proposal production through preparation, editing and final binding as required
