Writer/blogger for motivational website wanted

We are currently looking for a writer/blogger and proofreader for our new website. The website will be about finance, motivational speakers, motivational websites and products. We will do a lot of reviews of motivational-financial related books and videos.
The aim is to create a hub where people looking for success come to every day.
We are currently in the planning stage and want to start on February 1st.

Your job would be to write short reviews of books, articles, websites and videos in the world of self-help (an example: books and videos like those from Randy Gage)

Your written English should be perfect and you should be able to write articles in a nice to read and positive manner. Every week, you should be able to read at least one or two motivational books and review them while also writing a handful of small reviews (blog posts and videos from other sites) every day.

As the non-english owners of the website will write some articles on their own, you should be able to correct an enhance those articles, too.

We expect you to work on your own schedule after the first few weeks. If the sites gets profitable, we will share 20% of the profits with our employees (the process will be transparent). We plan to travel to the Philippines for meeting our staff every few months. We would enjoy to work with you for years to come.

We are a small company located in Eschborn/Germany (Frankfurt). While we mainly do IT-Consulting we are now working to develop web apps and web properties.
