We are looking for a reliable FULL TIME Customer Service Virtual Assistant with previous e-commerce experience to assist with our customer's various requests.
You must be great at customer service and be able to handle minimum phone calls. Need to be a VERY detail-oriented person and ability to follow through on everything.
Your work schedule will be the following:
Mon-Fri:
9am - 11am CST
5 hours flexible rest of the day to answer messages
Total 7 hours per day
Saturday and Sunday:
4 hours per day flexible to answer messages
Total approx 45 hours per week
You will need to be logged into the app and answering messages every couple of hours so customers are getting consistent responses.
Responsibilities:
- SMS Marketing to connect with customers and drive sales growth.
- Engage with customers on SMS text, respond directly and build connections
- Sales and website reporting
- Project tasks to assist the marketing team
Looking for someone with previous sales and Customer service experience. Should be familiar with online sales and eCommerce marketing.
Tech and computer savvy is very important. Must have a mobile phone with app capabilities to access SMS service all throughout the day.
You must be proficient in English (speaking & writing). And you must be available to speak to our team directly by phone on
- Must have a personal computer and headset
- Must have reliable internet with AT LEAST A 3 MBPS PLAN or CAN UPGRADE AS SOON AS HIRED (and an alternative internet if the main internet is down)
- Must have at least 1-year experience with a home-based job
- Excellent English verbal and typing skills
- Strong Internet connection to host
- Strong Google sheet and other computer application skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to follow through
- Administrative tasks
- Computer literate
- Must be able to work independently, multitask and prioritize work
- Each call will be recorded and listened to for training purposes.
- A trial period is best for both parties
