About The Position
Gantt chart wizard. Efficiency junkie. Workflow champion. iRestore is seeking a person to lead our Project Management team who loves bringing eCommerce projects to life and will make it their life’s mission to grow iRestore’s “agency style” PMO as we scale as the company. You’ll be integral to building and reshaping how we collaborate on projects and the systems we use to execute tasks. Simply put, we want to make our project management system as streamlined as possible and a delight to collaborate in.

The role will play a key part in revamping our PM systems, creating documentation and workflows, and communicating processes to the team. You’ll be responsible for a range of projects focused on digital marketing and operations. Additionally, you will help shape company culture through the way we communicate, collaborate and get to know each other as a team.
Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this role must have a strong bias towards eCommerce and digital marketing but must eagerly immerse themselves in any project that needs to be managed. We are a growing company with a variety of things big and small that need to get done at any given time. This person will become integral to helping us identify the opportunities to simplify and consolidate our processes.

Had You Been With Us Last Quarter, You Would Have:

>Helped manage our most successful Q4 BFCM yet with the launch of our iRestore Pro device
>Managed the digital execution and approval of emails, ads and web changes
>Designed a seal-tight process for ad ideation and creation
>Proposed a new project management software for us to collaborate and work in
>Created workflows and documentation to streamline project processes
>Kicked off a variety of marketing and ops projects in a fun and inclusive manner, making sure everyone is on the same page
>Created schedules and tracked budgets and KPIs for all projects
>Preferred Skills & Experience:
>Project management experience
>Executive assistant experience
>Strong organization skills
>Strong Excel skills
>Effective communicator and upbeat leadership qualities
>Strong interpersonal skills
>Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)

A Plus For:
>Project Management certification or equivalent industry credential
>E-commerce company experience
>Digital marketing experience
