HMC Canada is a provider of commercial building services and supplies in Ontario Canada. We are seeking a talented, creative and enthusiastic hospitality professional who is a self-starter, can drive sales and deliver a five-star, customer-first ---------- ndidates must be comfortable calling on new business opportunities, being out and about requesting and conducting phone and virtual meetings, and progressively enriching relationships with existing clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Management and development of Company’s current clients
Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, including occasional cross-functionality with all other Company positions as needed
Market Company services to all current and prospective accounts
Market Company inventory to all current competitors for referral business
REQUIREMENTS

Assure all aspects of the client’s stay are handled smoothly
Represent the Company at after hours and offsite industry functions in a professional manner at all times; including presentation and behavior
Maintain an attitude of cooperation with fellow employees and assist them in handling the clients’ needs
Assist in collection of any past due accounts, if needed
Provide input and suggestions on how to provide our service in a better, faster or easier way without undermining the client experience
Report weekly status updates, activities on progress relating to projects and/or corporate accounts
