Executive Assistant Needed

Main duties: customer emails, Shopify/Walmart/Amazon order processing, social media, simple research, (minimal) data entry

Intro:
We are looking for a rockstar assistant to help us with several different jobs. We will need your support with extraordinary customer service, mainly answering customer emails and Facebook messages, processing orders on our Shopify store, as well as Amazon & Walmart Seller Central, engage users/ ---------- on Instagram and Facebook, and a few other routines. We can train you on all of these tasks.
We were looking to hire someone starting at $3 USD per hour or $500/month.

About Us:
We are an ecommerce company that has been selling on Amazon since 2014. We sell physical products and drop shipped products: home goods, organization, pet supplies and novelty products. We currently have 5 employees and are growing fast. We are all completely remote and operate independently. We just make sure to check into our Slack and Trello channels everyday. Getting GOOD WORK done on time is more important than logging hours.

Who you are:
You are a team player who can work well and be trusted without too much supervision. You are a go-getter that is willing to learn new things. You can research topics online. You have a great internet connection that has over 95% up-time. You have semi flexible hours, so we can schedule weekly calls in different time zones. You have AMAZING American English. You don’t mind working just a little bit on some weekends. You are a team player.

The best candidate:
Needs to have fantastic (American) english
Experience with Amazon FBA businesses
Experience with Shopify, eBay & Walmart Seller Central a plus
Experience with Facebook and Instagram
Experience with Google Docs, Excel, Trello and Slack
