We are a startup agency and we're looking for an excellent virtual assistant to handle a variety of tasks for our agency. The VA needs to be experienced in handling eCommerce tasks and digital marketing tasks. The VA will be handling some of our client accounts as well.
Responsibilities include:
- Respond to
- Schedule meetings
- Social media management
- Organize managers’ calendars
- Provide customer service as the first point of contact
- Social media management
- Simple digital marketing tasks
- Customer support
- Client onboarding
- and more!
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Experience with popular software like Asana, Google docs/excel, Slack, etc.
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone,
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- A fast learner and can work with less supervision
- A problem-solver
- Must be honest, reliable, and have a great personality.
Because we are still a startup, there's a lot of room to grow and we believe every hard work needs a reward. We give a yearly salary increase depending on your performance as well as bonuses.
We're looking for someone that will long-term and is happy to start part-time while we finish our website (we will be launching this month).
