Title: Full Time Social Media Manager & Content Creator

I'm looking for someone passionate and creative who goes above and beyond to get work done. More than another person to hire, I am looking for a team member who will help me strategically grow the community and is well rounded – knows how to develop beautiful and engaging content and knows the analytics. We need results at the end of the day.

Technical Requirements:
• A reliable, wired internet connection with 10mbps or higher
• Screenshot of your Speedtest and Computer specs
• Computer Processor with 1.8Ghz or higher
• USB noise-canceling controlled headset
• Quiet workspace

Skills and Requirements:
• Experience designing on Canva is REQUIRED (Graphic design knowledge and experience using both Adobe Photoshop/Premier and Canva for image creation.)
• Experience in Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop is REQUIRED
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED
• Experience writing great Instagram and Facebook Posts is a REQUIREMENT
• Experience using Mailchimp (or other email marketing tools) is a PLUS
• Experience with SEO is a PLUS (Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content)
• Experience crafting and maintaining an editorial calendar, content strategy and working cross-functionally to evolve it
• Results-driven – Can set clear objectives (building website traffic, lead generation, brand awareness, etc.)
• Significant attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice to grow brand awareness online.
• Ability to analyze raw data and draw actionable insights.
• Visual Design and Development Strategy
• Increase brand visibility through organic outreach methods
o Promotion, Engagement and Conversion Strategies
• Can accurately measure and analyze - ROI (Return on investment), Audience Growth, Breakdown of engagement by Content-Type, Audience Engagement, Response rate, and quality
• Consistently Develop Audience Profile

Pay: $600-$700/month (Negotiable)
Paid bi-weekly
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

Tasks:
• Creating Graphics for Social Media (Posts, IG stories, FB Ads, thumbnails, etc.)
• Creating emails using drag-and-drop editors (Mailchimp, etc.)
• Build a strong community
• Researching lists of brands and influencers in a specific industry and finding basic contact info for them
• Manage social media platform with consistent day to day activities
• Develop content that makes sense for the target
• Manage all images, video and content
• Open streams for cross promos
• Develop to expand to influencers
• Design create and manage promos
• Managing negative feedback
• Continue to tweak strategies
• Become and advocate for the company
• Monitor threats, trends and opportunities
• Monitor effective benchmarks
• Monitor growth on FB, Instagram, and YouTube
• Work with video editor to create a seamless integration of design and promotion

Additional Tasks We May Train You For:
• Contacting brands & influencers for partnerships via email and Instagram DM
• Editing audio and video for Podcasts & YouTube videos
