YouTube / Video Expert

I am looking for an experienced video editor who understands YouTube well and can create clean edits to my ongoing Youtube videos.

Must be talented, effective, and have previous experience editing.
You must be able to
1. Add music, photos, videos, etc.
2. Text
3. Animation, pop-ups, etc.
4. Thumbnails (Intro and Outro)
5. Make my videos look professional and beautiful
6. Create videos that keep people's attention
7. Understand YouTube (i.e. add the right search terms, description, clip lengths, etc.)
8. Upload them directly to the YouTube channel, add the descriptions, search terms, etc.

I want to increase their viewability to it is crucial that they are interactive. I will need someone that has an eye for clipping the videos since some can be lengthy.

At least 3 - 4 years of experience. Ideally, you have your own channel and have had success on YouTube.
