JOB OVERVIEW

We are continuing to grow our PH team with another new PM position, but if you are looking for a PM job that is boring or easy, we are not going to be an easy fit.

If what you are looking for is a new home where you can apply your skills and help a growing business add some discipline and take a ton of load off the owners plate, this might just be the perfect job for you.

Qualifying items (tell us how you feel you meet them and why)

1. First and foremost, great English and excellent conversational and written skills are absolutely critical. That said, if you feel everything else is a match and want to do a call and send me some written examples, I’m happy to let you know if a fit.

2. Schedule, to be clear I expect this role to be minimum 8 hours and up to 12 hours per day and from time to time on weekends. Also expected is at least 6 of those hours must be US Pacific time to ensure you can coordinate with customers, and the rest of your team in different time zones, Upgrade to see actual infote that this role is 100% full time, please do not apply if you cannot commit 120% to it.

3. Details, they are not only important, but in many ways they are the only thing that is important in this role. Get the small details right and frankly the rest will often be just fine.

4. Be a self-starter, ask the smart questions that allow you to do what you need to get done and figure out the rest, verifying with the team as needed and focus on delivering while managing customer expectations. Another critical part of this though will be creating and always improving on processes in coordination with your team. Even and especially focusing on removing wasted time and steps through better processes and either new or customer tools and resources as required.

5. Research is a critical part of any good decision, can you find solutions others might not have been able to find?

6. Can your herd the boss, ok, so this will be one of the harder parts of the job. As the owner many of my PM processes are either non-existent, inefficient or worse. Your job will be to vacuum it all in and take away from me as many things as possible and make them awesome instead of challenges for me.
