This job posting is for our company, which is an all-online retail business (E-Commerce), and we sell products for hobbyists. We’ve been around for nearly 5 years now, and have goals for many years to come.

We’re a small team: You’ll be our second hire!

Everyone helps out with everything, and throughout your employment - you’ll learn how to do just about every role that comes in helping our business live, breathe, and grow.

We’re looking for someone who wants to be a part of our business. Someone that can empathize with our customers and really want to make sure things are always right for them.

The bulk of this job role will be customer support - Answering the phone during hours, returning missed calls and voicemails, and responding to emails. You’ll learn about our industry, and you’ll help customers find the best products for them. Our customers are usually very passionate and excited - and it’s enjoyable to help their dreams come true in something that is generally a long-awaited purchase for them.

Along with this, you’ll be in contact with our business suppliers to process orders, research information, fulfill shipments, and handle invoicing.

** Who fills this role best
- You have impeccable spoken and written English.
- You have experience in customer service.
- You are detail oriented and a problem solver.
- You can work without explicit instruction, but know when to ask questions.
- You are available for full-time work, during American daylight hours (Shift scheduling will be somewhere between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm Eastern Time)
