JOB OVERVIEW

We are a wholesale supplier of candle making products in the US with a loyal customer base who purchase from us regularly.

Our store operates on the Shopify platform, and we are looking for an experienced VA to take over our customer support via our email, live chat, and social media inboxes.

With a Facebook group of almost ---------- candle makers who use our products, great customer service is crucial for our business. You will be an integral part of our company.

Duties will include
- Providing customer support (inquiries, returns & refunds, processing damage claims, liaising with our fulfillment provider)
- Updating webpages

Qualities Needed
- Speaks and writes English perfectly. Nearly native.
- Thinks critically and can provide valuable input to our team
- Good at problem solving and defusing ---------- addition to providing excellent customer support, you will be assisting the Company Director with various tasks as they arise.

Other jobs might include:
- Product research
- Competitor analysis
- Product sourcing using the Alibaba platform
- Obtaining quotes for various services
- Identifying needs for improvement and helping to implement

Your hours of work will be from 9 am - 4 pm Monday to Friday.
Timezone: Knoxville, Tennessee.
