Need 10 phone support representatives for a USA based gifts company. Remote position, this is a home-based job.

Shift schedule: 9pm-6am Philippine time, 6-day shift

Qualifications:
1. Great communication skills, has to experience managing phone calls and doing follow-ups. Please take this test:

2. Can type more than 40 wpm, we have a typing test

3. Has customer service experience and knows positioning statements and positive scripting. Neutral accent preferred.

4. At least Intel i5 6th gen onwards powered computer with 8gb ram, dedicated video card and has a noise-canceling headset (Please send screenshots)
