The Role

You would be joining a very dedicated, forward-thinking and passionate eCommerce & Digital team, as their CRM expert, responsible for re-shaping their EDMs & content and the way they digitally engage with customers.

This is a really exciting opportunity to make a real difference, drive brand awareness and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Be competent in CRM setup and automation, EDM & loyalty strategies and systems
Take responsibility for planning content and email marketing activities, to drive loyalty & retention
Work alongside a dedicated team, using key trends & insights to drive decision making
The ability to plan and execute email marketing strategies, and optimise performance

Essential Skills:
Demonstrated experience in a CRM & Digital Marketing/eCommerce role within the digital marketing industry.
Experience working with top industry CRMs such as Active Campaign, Keap or Infusionsoft and Pipedrive. Particularly experience in ‘Go High Level’ CRM will be highly desirable.
Passionate about data-driven decision making and the ability to identify trends and key insights
The ability to identify solid target audiences for commercial outcomes
Excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively solve problems & challenges
