Outbound phone caller needed

Looking for a committed phone caller to set appointments and to handle my prospecting needs.

Are you someone who's enthusiastic, is driven by results, and can learn new things easily? If the answer is YES, we would love to have you on our team. See basic description below:

• Full time or Part-time job & who can start right away
• Phone Calls for nearly the whole shift, using our dialer system
• Typical Shift Starts at 10am-2pm Central Time (Chicago), and 4pm-7pm CT, Mon-Fri. And then Saturday 9am-2pm CT
• ~30 hours/week to start, Monday-Saturday. More are potential
• Hourly pay, rate Increase will depend on your performance & productivity within 2 months, or bonus for appointments set and deals done.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?:
• A dedicated workplace that is noise free
• A good computer headset with mic
• Minimum 5mbps WIRED INTERNET & Backup
• Minimum 1 yr experience on outbound phone sales and/or customer service.

If you have real estate experience, cold calling experience, appointment setting and telemarketing that is a BIG PLUS!

NOTE:
• Typing skills should be at least 30 wpm as you type notes while on the phone w/prospect
• I need candidates who can start immediately who speak English with very good American accent.
• You need to be reliable and consistently show up everyday.
• Must have a positive attitude and be someone who is willing to be coached and open to constructive criticism to be better as quickly as possible.
