- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Services existing accounts and obtains new client accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential clients
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Telemarketing: cold call leads and convert into paying customers
- 1,009.90 Php BONUS per lead successfully converted into paying client. There is no limit to this bonus. For example, if you close 100 leads into paying clients per month, you will get 100,990.00 Php on top of your monthly salary!
