JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a bona fide expert in digital analytics, reporting, splitting testing and optimization?

Are you comfortable with Salesforce and Pardot? Google Analytics? Google Optimise? Facebook and Google Ads reporting?

If so, you might be just who we need! Help us optimise what we do by bringing an analytical mind and technical knowhow to our sales funnel.

We're a successful UK training company currently scaling internationally. However, we don't want to just grow by expanding our budget to cover more locations and more audiences. We want to be sure we're optimising every pound we spend on client acquisition.

But our weakness is reporting! With our team full-on in creating and managing lead flow, we don't yet have the person to oversee every step of the journey and help us see where things can be improved. We'd love to bring someone on either for a short term contract or, if there's ongoing value, as a full member of the team, to help us:

Calculate our customer acquisition cost and identify realistic targets for improving this
Split test pages on our website for conversions and UX
Scale the testing of ads across the board and support our PPC Manager in this
Help us with reporting around open rates, conversions, turn up rates and more
Explore innovations than can make a difference whether in experimenting with copy, message types, or something else.
And more that you bring in your ideas and knowledge.

- You’ll be joining an existing team of 11 full-time Philippines staff and 8 full-time UK staff. Of course, you’ll be working remotely from your home but with the power of technology, you’ll have frequent team calls with the marketing team to ensure joined-up strategies.

- We don’t track your time or ask you to check-in and we don’t ask for screenshots of your work. We care about your outcomes.

- You’ll receive a pro-rata salary of 60,000 PHP to start depending on the hours we agree.

- You’ll be paid twice-monthly without fail and never late!

Plus if you end up working for us full-time, you would get:

- You’ll get 25 days paid annual leave and a reasonable level of sick pay for those unexpected days you can’t work.

- After 6 months of proving yourself, you’ll get Philippines health care insurance.
