Google Campaign Manager

Looking for a professional Google campaign manager that knows how to run campaigns GDN, Search, Video, Tag manager, Analytics etc.
This person should know very well to run campaigns in high budgets.
This person will do the training for one of our employees and if there is a good match will help running ads in the Google adserver. Web/Desktop/App etc.
