Virtual Assistant (salary + commission)

Looking for a Virtual Assistant with an opportunity to earn hourly pay and commission along as well. I work for a 8-figure entrepreneur who sells Amazon FBA courses to customers in the United States and Canadian market using lead generation and advertisement. There are too many leads for me to handle at the moment so I want to hire a virtual assistant preferably who has the knowledge about the Amazon FBA business model (if not no worries, I don't mind training) and some basic interpersonal skills regarding sales. There are over 100 new people each day that you have an opportunity to talk to. You don't need to talk to them on the phone just text, ask questions, and answer questions. You will earn money hourly/salary by texting our potential customers and each person who buys the program from you. As my employee, you will get an extra $100 = 5,049.50 Philippine peso on top of your monthly salary for earning that sale. Simultaneously help changing our customer's lives for the better.
