A well rounded experienced business manager to efficiently manages and expand the E-commerce business. Must able to perform the following tasks ready for growth and expansion:

1) Have experience in running successful e-commerce business that can run our website perfectly, able to handle any customer’s situation and fix any issue, hire the right people for any job if needed at effective and cost-efficient manners. (Must notify me on any hirings needed before hiring let me make the decision at early stages and also report to me on any major issue)

2) Able to have superb research skills to identify target markets and can think of ways to gain their attention, ideally should have an understanding of advertising that can think of creative ways to effectively and cost-efficiently drive more traffics and sales to expand continuously to build a sustainable customer base and long term customer retention. With E-commerce analytical skills.

3) A business-minded person that able to handle the business like your own to nurture and grow it. Willing to stay for the long term work hard to make it go BIG! (Generous bonuses will be given whenever profits are going UP!!!)

4) Able to have perfect English communication skills, honest and have integrity
