JOB OVERVIEW
Handle the creation of web pages, but you must be an expert in Bootstrap 4 ... as well as be ok with writing the html to my specific requirements. Most of the pages will already be thought up ... it will just be a matter of writing the html/css.
Please provide examples of work (NO WORDPRESS) ... we want someone that can write the html/css manually.
