Video Editor/Thumbnail Creator

Medical Consultant desires to expand online presence and produce 5-7 short (5-10 minutes) videos per week. Scripts and voice-overs will already be done. Need editor to implement video, background music, and still shots. Videos will also need thumbnails that are professional and appealing to audiences.
