1. Answer clients questions and concerns via call and email
2. Make sure there will be no pending concerns/questions in our email and messenger accounts
3. Segregate the emails according to its label and folder
4. Monitor comments & messages of Facebook page
5. Perform other administrative tasks assigned by COO
