Want to take your video editing skills to the next level?

We are a New Zealand-based video agency that produces authentic stories told to camera by kiwi business owners.
We help our clients generate growth, awareness and attention for their business on Facebook and LinkedIn.

We're a young but growing specialist organic video agency, meaning we don't do the work of a social media agency or digital marketing agency. We just do video and we do that really well.

But we help our clients in their presentation, content and social media management. We also write out clients’ social media posts and schedule them.

2020 is shaping as a growth year for us so we’re anticipating that our fantastic Filipino Video Editor will need some support and creative inspiration from this new hire.

Our clients are small to medium-sized businesses who get between 4 and 12 videos produced for them per month. We plan, shoot, edit, caption and copy write, then send them out ---------- ’s for the busy but hungry business owner or personal brand, that is willing to put themselves out of there comfort zone and win on social media.

What we’re looking for

A senior editor who understands the principles of brand marketing and can help train our editor while providing a level of cover for our clients.

You’ll have an excellent command of English and have worked with personal brands in a creative capacity. You’ll ideally understand the principles of creative design and be inspired by global video editors to create the unexpected.

But most importantly, you’ll understand LinkedIn and Facebook and to edit video fast but with creative flair.
You’ll be a pro in Premiere and After Effects and you have a desire to train others so they can be as good as you can be and you’ll know other junior editors who can create work on your behalf.

What does a week look like?
? You research and watch what other editors are doing on social media
? You’ll be keeping ahead of the curve on social media videos
? You can edit at speed

But hang on! What about me?

We have 20 hours guaranteed each week for this person and be able to document the process and create a team of editors based around your philosophy.

We want you to invest in our clients and their brand, so we replicate their marketing efforts online.

We want you to grow with us so if you have capacity to increase those available hours as more clients are mesmerized by your editing, then that will be highly regarded.

We pay weekly in PHP via TransferWise.

We expect your monthly salary to be around 36,000 PHP based on 20 hours per week.

We’ll top up your internet and Google Drive folder so you thrive.

We plan to integrate incentives for our team in later this year.

• Proof of your staff training capabilities and personal brand experience.
• +5 years’ experience in video editing


What will happen if you’re shortlisted?

We’ll ask you to complete a brief based on our current clients so you can demonstrate your capability and effectiveness and we’ll be asking you about New Zealand and why it’s loved all over the world.

We expect to start our chosen team member around 15th June 2020.
