BACK-END DEVELOPER

We are seeking a skilled Developer responsible for back-end development, creating the custom WordPress themes from scratch and development of plugins. We are looking for someone who is keeping up with the newest changes in WordPress, has some knowledge of React, and is willing to expand his/her knowledge. Through this position, you will grow both as a professional as well as an individual.

The candidate we are looking for needs to be extremely honest, communicative, and hard-working. Someone who loves learning and is not afraid to take on new tasks. A strong ability to communicate in English is a must.

Job Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of: HTML / CSS / JavaScript / PHP / AJAX / MYSQL
Knowledge of React
Ability to write custom plugins
Ability to create a custom Wordpress theme
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Architect and develop new backend features and plugins, custom functionality and theme integration
Write high-quality code with readability, efficiency, and maintainability in mind
QA and code review of front-end and back-end development work
Architect, develop, and maintain creative technical solutions, products, and features for EMRG’s WordPress websites.
Participates in design and development lifecycle including testing
Ability to Google and research solutions ---------- n work PST schedule with a time tracking app
A portfolio of work is a MUST that we can review
