Cold Call Virtual Assistant Real Estate

I’m looking for a full time/part time Assistant that can make outbound calls and document leads in a CRM system.
**Responsibilities include**
Making outbound calls to leads of homeowners that have called wanting to sell their property.
Documenting the info in Podio CRM.
Scheduling closings with buyers.
Working with team member on the ground to view properties.
Analyzing deals.
