Virtual assistant/partner

I need a virtual partner for my online store ---------- , it is a print on demand clothing store and I need someone to work on getting me the right traffic that will convert to sales. You will design your own pay rate by bringing in sales and getting a 6% commission on each sale that's between $1.08 and $4 depending on the merchandise price.
