Virtual Assistant Needed

Hourly Rate: $1.50 – $4.00 per hour. Busy real estate consultant/investor/entrepreneur is seeking a virtual assistant to help with daily social media, administrative, article and blogging tasks.  These tasks include (but are not limited to):

Performs Quick Property Reports
Posting to Social Media accounts
Write relevant articles and post online
Researches online for off market properties
Adding “Property Profiles” to Website
Text message Follow Up for Missed Calls on Google Voice
Researches and Prepares Mail outs to Buyer/Seller Lists
Updates Website with Status of “Sold Properties” to Pending and/or Sold
Confirms that all Google Voice Numbers are working properly (once per week)
Prepares Client Contracts and documentation as needed
Sets and Confirms Appointments with Sellers and Buyers
Tracks Social Media Campaigns
Guest Blogging Campaigns
Prepares and organizes closing documentation
Confirms Daily Appointments
Sends SMS text Message Blast to SMS Subscribers
Adds New Subscribers (Buyers/Sellers) to Email List
Processes documentation
Maintains Dropbox and keep all files up to date
MUST POSSESS EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS
MUST BE ABLE TO FOLLOW DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS
MISC TASKS AS NEEDED

IN the first video, explain how we can help a seller interested with in liquidating an OFF Market disposition. IN the second video, explain to a Buyer how we can assist them to obtain OFF market acquisitions and increase their portfolio’s value.  IN the videos, act like you’re talking to an actual seller or buyer about the company that you work for. These can be an unlisted YouTube videos, but they MUST be at least 2 minutes long EACH.  PLEASE, read these instructions carefully before applying. It is essential in our hiring process and choosing the right candidate – you MUST be able to follow instructions, have attention to detail AND HAVE EXCELLENT communication skills in ENGLISH.

Skills Required:
Some skills that I require from applicants when I hire a virtual assistant are:  some basic knowledge in real estate, Word, Excel, WordPress, Telephone Skills, Ability to speak and communicate in English, organizational skills, and SKYPE. (for instant communications as needed).
Additionally, as the successful candidate will be writing articles and posting Social Media for our company, they MUST possess the ability to write in fluent English, with excellent grammar skills and attention to detail.
