Developing a Website using Java, HTML5

I need someone to develop this website head to toe (Java, HTML5, and SQL Server). This site serves both job seekers and employers to find jobs and talent (pretty much similar to ---------- , ---------- , ---------- , ---------- , etc.). The scope of this project is limited to an initial set of use cases. These use cases are related to the Job Seeker. They are: Search for Jobs, Apply for a Job, Login, Register, and Upload My CVs. These use cases represent Phase 1 of my project. The selected candidate will work with me on the remaining phases after we complete Phase 1. Please note that the Data model is ready for this application. It's based on SQL Server 2014.
