Technical Support Person/Webmaster Needed

Hello There! Glad you made it here! My name is Monica and I am the Operations Manager at Increase Your Profits a fun internet marketing company located in sunny San Diego CA. We have been in business for 20 years and counting! Our mission is to build a profitable dynamic company with aspiring people delivering amazing results!

We are looking for a full time, long term Technical Assistant to join our team. You must work PST hours Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm. 40 to 50 hours per week. If you want to build your career with an amazing group of people and have a great time while doing so, then read on.

Technical Assistant will be responsible for technical tasks and updates for our systems. This position will assist with recurring technical tasks, new projects, and requests that come in.


Responsibilities:
- Assisting in systems/technical projects to complete deliverables.
- Provide assistance in maintaining and developing tracking and automation for new products,services and internal repetitive tasks.
- Manage Organization and Storage of Digital Assets
- Assist in collecting and reporting company metrics
- Provide technical support to internal team members regarding any questions, issues, or support items that arise.


Requirements:
- Experience with funnel softwares is a must, ClickFunnels is required.
- Experience with CRMs is a must, Hubspot expertise as a strong bonus.
- Experience using and integrating Zapier with multiple software platforms
- Familiar with Wordpress or website building experience in general preferred
- Some Coding preferred, especially experience with HTML and javascript.
- Strong Organizational and methodical practices a must
- Proactive approach to work.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, find and implement solutions, and prioritize.
- Ability to understand and learn new systems quickly.
- Self Motivated and Self Starter
- Some graphic design ability preferred, but not required
- Ability to edit audio/video preferred but not required
- STRONG aptitude for problem solving and solutions oriented
- Ability to work during PST business hours.
