Salesperson - Remote

We’re looking for a full-time salesperson to sell lessons and signups. You’ll be the front line for selling to two of our audiences. First, you’ll make sales over the phone to customers, all of whom are inbound warm leads (no cold calling). Second, you’ll sell teaching opportunities to potential instructors who inquire about job opportunities.


Our Mission: Save the Manual Transmission
We sell stick shift driving lessons throughout the United States. Yes, really. We sold about 800 lessons in 2019 and are on track to sell about 1400 in 2020. We started the company in ---------- pensation:
Base hourly + Commission and Bonuses.
Based on past experience, this usually comes out to about $400 to $600 per week
Bonuses paid for making changes that improve our processes and outcomes.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Sell Stick Shift Driving Lessons
Close instructors who are applying - Get them to finish the signup process
Hours: On average, be available for 40 hours per week. Be available at least 4 hours per week between 9 am and 5 pm east coast time for calls and meetings
Inbound Call Handling - Answer phones and talk prospects through the sale or sign up
Outbound Follow Up - Call, text, and email to get the prospect to the finish line
Qualify Prospects - Make sure their needs fit our model
Paperwork Follow Up - Make sure prospects send back and fill out all required paperwork.
CRM Editing - Edit customer records in our CRM (Outreach & Salesforce).
Reporting - Report on daily and weekly results
Must have your own computer, reliable high-speed internet, and good quality headset and microphone.
Stick Shift Knowledge: You MUST know how to drive a manual transmission
English Grammar and Language: You must have flawless and native-quality English.

$10,000 per week in sales
40 sales per week
10 Instructors finish onboarding per week
90% of leads qualified within 4 days of initial contact
80% inbound call pickup rate
60 to 70 Outbound follow up calls and texts per day
