Your role will include:
- Respond to customer requests using ZohoMail in perfect English
- Issue refunds according to our refund policy
- Re-send products to customers when needed
- Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately (within 2 business days, preferably 1)
- Communicate on
- Display a high level of professionalism at all times

For your skills and qualifications you must:
- Pay attention to detail
- Experience with Shopify platform
- Experience with Oberlo platform
- Able to work without much management
- Great time management skills
- Have experience using Oberlo or Dropified
- Know how Aliexpress works
- Understand how Shopify works
