Real Estate VA to do Data Analysis and Skip Tracing

We are a growing wholesale real estate investment company.
We help homeowners get cash offers.

Currently, we need people who will handle an important role in the company. We are looking for a talented Virtual Assistant with skip tracing experience.

Responsible for:
- Skip tracing & lead generation of potential leads
- Data analysis and management
- Tracking leads
- Preparing reports

Must be:
- fluent in oral and written English
- knowledgeable and experienced with real estate wholesaling (Preferred)
- reliable and understands the value of time
- tech-savvy
- able to ask questions when necessary
- a team player and problem solver
- possess a positive attitude and takes feedbacks objectively
- possess excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- willing to work in EST timezone
- confident and assertive
- computer literate (particularly in Microsoft Office Tools)
- efficient, organized and can work under minimal supervision
- honest and punctual
- looking for a LONG-TERM JOB

Must have knowledge with the following CRM/Systems/website:
> Podio
> XenCall
> Batch Lead STacker (Required)

This is a work from home job so candidates should have:
> his/her own computer with a quality headset
> a fast and reliable main internet connection (minimum of 5mbps)
> back up the internet and work unit (minimum of 3mbps)
> a quiet and distraction-free workspace
> has a computer with a processor speed of at least 1.6 GHz and at least 4GB RAM
