We are seeking a full-time, highly talented "Rock Star" Affiliate Program Manager who can work from home in the Philippines.

You will be responsible for recruiting, vetting, approving, onboarding, and generating revenue with JV partners and affiliates to promote our digital products (branded with globally known leaders and influencers in the personal development and “Law Of Attraction” space).

We require a minimum of 3 years of the overall experience, as well as existing JV/affiliate relationships.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

- Grow our JV/affiliate footprint by leveraging your existing JV/affiliate relationships.
- Create, develop, and grow strategy to recruit new JV partners/affiliates.
- Recruit, vet, approve, and onboard new JV partners/affiliates.
- Ensure the continued success of existing JV partners/affiliates.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize KPIs to maximize overall revenue.
- Schedule, monitor, and support JV/affiliate launches.
- Coordinate with the marketing team when new and/or custom assets are required for JV partners/affiliates.
- Source related JV/affiliate offers that we can promote to our in-house mailing list.
- Introduce and distribute our offers to affiliate networks.

Skill Sets

We are seeking top talent, so you must have the following skillsets:

- 3 years of working experience in the JV/affiliate ecosystem promoting personal development products.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present issues, strategies, and recommendations (both orally and written).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and to work as part of a team.
