We are seeking a social media manager/video editor to splice and create impactful, value-add clips for social media distribution. We currently release a weekly podcast and a weekly real estate video on YouTube, and are looking to grow the reach and audience of both the YouTube channel and podcast.
Above-average English proficiency is required, as the social media manager will need to identify short segments in material, recognize their impact, then clip the appropriate
Content creation
-Create LinkedIn and Instagram specific content by clipping existing YouTube videos, “sandwiching” video with text and graphics, adding subtitles, and posting to LinkedIn and Instagram.
-Create
-Appropriately editing full videos that are posted to YouTube by removing the call-to-action of subscribing (YT specific) and posting to
-Monitor analytics to guide content creation
Outreach
-Interact daily with similar channels/accounts on YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn to build network and expand reach (30 mins a day)
-Daily content promotion on Instagram, LinkedIn, and
-Actively connect with “target market” on LinkedIn to grow audience
Qualifications
-Conversational proficiency in reading and writing English
-Experience in editing videos
-Ability to dissect content and pull out impactful moments
-Intermediate graphic design skills
-Experience in posting content on
