E-Commerce VA:
- Basic Website IT (advanced IT is outsourced)
- Product listing design and creation - copywriting, details, images
- SKU management/inventory updating and alerting (assist warehouse manager in this task)
- Landing Page design and creation
- Shop organization
- Marketing Funnel Creation (in conjunction with marketing staff) - Design of funnels and deployment on all appropriate platforms (ManyChat, SMS, Email, PushOwl, Organic & Paid Social)
- Social media posting and community engagement in conjunction with marketing manager
- Graphics for website, communications, and marketing

Requirements:

2 years of experience with Shopify admin (Ruby language)
Experience with social media strategy, planning, and management
Experience with marketing graphics
Experience with email marketing strategy and design, familiarity with Klaviyo
Experience using ManyChat/Messenger flows and funnels
Strong written and spoken fluency in English, including excellent English grammar
Ability to work during US business hours (typically 9-5 EST)
