Social media manager

We are a start up snack food company looking for a VA that can manage our Instagram.

We’re searching for the right individual for a long time fit. Someone that can grow with us. A can-do attitude and willingness to learn new skills is important.

This position will start at part time and move to full time, we’re looking for a creative professional that is experienced in growing a strong Instagram presence organically.

1. Develop Instagram content plan together with us
2. Develop creatives and post for our brand (i.e you need to produce the posts, sometimes we will create the copy but the graphics would need to be produced by you - all content will need to be produced ahead of time and will need to be approved by us)
3. Use Instagram adds
4. Like, follow, unfollow and comment on like minded accounts / when commenting these need to be engaging comments
5. Reply to all comments and interact with the followers
6. Use instagram stories



Key skills needed

1. Excellent English both written and verbal
2. Effective communicator
3. Strong skills with instagram, analytics, spreadsheet programs ect
4. Familiarity with all social platforms
5. Previous experience growing social media accounts
6. Ability to work with deadlines
7. Be creative and have the ability to craft creative content, and identify compelling visuals, that aligns brand storytelling with consumer-centric initiatives.
8. Graphic design skills
