Sales & Marketing Associate

This position is for a full-time experienced, fully autonomous, sales, marketing and customer support associate. We need a person with experience finding customers online, cultivating relationships, and supporting customers online as they interact with our business. This includes initial customer acquisition, answering customer questions, getting new customers set up on our website, getting us set up on their online accounts, communication with them about the current status of their order, and ongoing relationship management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Be in charge of formulating and developing business pitches to prospective clients through data mining, extensive research, and analytical processing
- Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
- Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
- Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
- Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
- Arrange business meetings/appointments with prospective clients and send them a detailed report on what our company can do for them
- Develop, implement and manage sales, marketing and communication strategy
- Create campaigns, advertising materials and social media content that supports the strategy (online and offline)
- Measure the success of campaigns (online and offline)
- Create, manage and update the contents of other platforms
- Generate quality leads with B2B & B2C prospects and close deals with them
- Maintain relationship with existing B2B & B2C clients
- Developing plans for social media marketing, email automation, lead capturing and other methods

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong communication skills
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing, especially FB, IG, SEO and Shopify
- MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
- Google Analytics & Search Console
- Can work from 9 am to 5 pm EST

We pay fortnightly in USD. Approximately $200 - $300 depending on your skills.
